The Pattern I Couldn't Unsee
For 30 years, I was a physician and Regional Director of Health Services in Ghana.
I managed hospitals. Trained doctors. Oversaw disease surveillance systems across entire regions.
And I saw the same preventable loss over and over again:
Disconnected data causing failures that shouldn't have happened.
Lab results in one system. Imaging in another. Clinical notes scattered across facilities. Each doctor seeing their piece of the puzzle. Nobody connecting them until it was too late.
When I moved into technology and started working with B2B SaaS companies, I saw the exact same pattern:
Customer signals scattered across G2 reviews, support tickets, usage analytics, CRM systems. Each team seeing their piece. Nobody connecting them. Customers churning "out of nowhere."
That's when I realized: This isn't a healthcare problem or a SaaS problem.
This is a systems problem that exists everywhere.
What I Do Now
I lead Neural Plexus, where I synthesize AI developments through a unique lens: What can healthcare learn from SaaS? What can SaaS learn from healthcare?
I also founded Samadly, a customer intelligence system that helps B2B SaaS companies predict churn 30-90 days before it happens—by connecting the disconnected signals nobody else is watching.
My mission: Prevent disconnected data from causing preventable loss—in business today, in healthcare tomorrow.
Why My Perspective Is Different
